How much does it cost?
Our custom made soft-toys typically range from $75-$145, depending on the complexity of the drawing. Our pillows range from $95-$145. If you are interested please fill out the form on the order/pricing page and we will provide you with a quote. Shipping and handling fees in the US are $15. If you live outside of the US we will provide you with a shipping quote.
How do I send the drawing to you?
You can attach it in the form on the order/pricing page to Sunny Little Studio. You are welcome to use jpeg, gif, png, PDF, or take a picture.
How long will it take?
We can give you an estimated arrival time when you order. It typically takes three to four weeks after payment is processed. e-mail us if you need a rush order and we will let you know if we can provide that at this time. There will be a surcharge for rush orders.
What are toys made of?
We use a wide range of materials for the body of our creations (cotton, flannel, fleece, canvas, to list a few), with additional materials for specific details (yarn, ribbon, appliqués). The exact material of your creation will depend on what will work best to capture the drawing. The stuffing is 100% polyester fiber fill. Please let us know if you have allergy concerns.
How big are the toys?
Our toys typically range from 8 to 14 inches in length. If you would like to request a specific size please let us know. We are happy to work to meet your requests.
Will you make trademarked characters?
No, we do not make trademarked characters.
Can I wash the toy?
It is best to spot clean with a damp cloth and mild soap.
Can I return my softie?
Since the softies are custom made we are unable to accept returns. We take great pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our softies. If there is a problem with your softie we will work with you to resolve the issue.
